The Cambridge Business Certificate (BEC) is an authoritative qualification produced as a result of a unique collaboration between the University of Cambridge Local Examinations Syndicate (UCLES) and the Exam Centre of the Education Bureau. New Interchange, one of the world’s most successful and popular courses, is a multi-level course in as a second or foreign language for young adults and adults. The course covers the four skills of listening, speaking, reading, and writing, as well as improving pronunciation and building vocabulary. Particular emphasis is placed on listening and speaking.
